Our Belief:
Clearly, it is our belief that the prosecution willfully, maliciously, and with forethought of mind, set out to prosecute an innocent man. That they willfully, maliciously, and with forethought of mind contrived to destroy his character and reputation in an effort to cover the fact that a member of the Los Angeles Police Department -- motivated by race hatred -- did tamper with evidence in a capital crime.

We further believe that, the Los Angeles County District Attorney did willfully, maliciously, and with forethought of mind, take advantage of a grief stricken father -- Fred Goldman -- and used their implied authority to intice and convince him to bring a Civil Lawsuit against the defendant, Orenthal James Simpson, in an effort to deprive him of the resources necessary to assure a proper and efficient defense.

We further believe that the outcome of that Civil Lawsuit will be a verdict for the defendant, Orenthal James Simpson. With the effect of such a verdict being the emotion devistation of Mr. Fred Goldman, and an inabilty of him to launch a proper attack on those who willfully, maliciously, and with forethought of mind imposed that additional emotional burden on him.

As a result, it is our belief that he will require additional resources to secure the proper and efficient representation required to launch and sustain Civil Suits against the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department, the Offices of the Los Angeles District Attorney, and individually against District Attorney Gil Garcetti, Lead Prosecutor Marcia Clark, and -- the individual guilty of tampering with evidence in a capital crime -- retired LAPD Dectective Mark Fuhrman. In addition, we suspect that such a suit might also name retired LAPD Detective Phillip Vannatter.

Our Response:
We are establishing a legal fund to assist Fred Goldman and his family in any legal remedies they might wish to persue.

What happens to the funds:
All monies received shall be deposed in a Trust Account at Bar Harbor Banking and Trust. This account shall be administer -- at no cost -- by the principles of Source Interactive Network.

Source can also accept donations charged to either Visa or Mastercard. However, due to institutional charges, the available finds will be reduced by five (5%) percent. As a result, refunds of charged contributions will be reduced by five (5%) percent {rounded up to the nearest nickel.

What if the money isn't needed:
Unlike the funds established by the Legal Firm currently representing the Goldman family, in the event that the funds aren't required -- should the Goldman's prevale in their lawsuit, or decline to institute further attempts to be made whole -- all contributions will be refunded in full.

Why not assist the Brown Family:
Obvious, OJ Simpson -- who made millions while sitting in a jail cell -- requires no assistance. And dispite the popular myth, The Brown Family has not filed suit against OJ Simpson. They have, however, filed a lawsuit as trustees for their grandchildren. This was a proper legal action designed to conserve assets for the children. Phrased differently, the lawsuit filed on behalf of the children was intended to shield assets -- in the event that Goldman prevaled.

For battered women, there is the Nicole Brown Simpson Charitable Foundation. But be forewarned, there have been reports that the bulk of the contributions have gone to cover administrative overhead. When we confirm the ratio figures, they'll be posted here.

At the conclusion of the Goldman Civil Lawsuit -- or, should Detective Mark Fuhrman be indicted for tampering with evidence in a capial case -- we can expect that the Brown family would have full access to the Simpson resources. We could also expect that they would then enter into a civil lawsuit, against Los Angeles et al, on their own behalf.

What of those who don't agree with these pages:
