What is not readily recognized. Fuhrman lied about when the photographs -- numbers 34 & 35 -- were taken by Rokahr. This opens the door to investigating The Fuhrman Timeline and future charges of "Tampering with Evidence". The nature of the charge, and the phrasing of the Plea Bargain, preclude the possibility of Double Jeopardy.

Is the Bronco location important? After failing to establish the three most important facts, Christopher Darden wrote:

As for the third most imprtant fact -- the time of the murders -- Darden continues to assert:
"We'd successfully pinpointed the time of the murders to around ten-fifteen, giving Simpson more than enough time to catch his flight." page 245
Clearly, if Petrocelli holds to this dilusion, he'll lose all credibility before the Civil Trial jury.

Darden admitted that during a private exchange, Cochran urged him to steer clear of former Los Angeles police detective Mark Fuhrman as a witness.
"Cochran knew ... about the racist tapes Fuhrman made ..., and I think he was honestly trying to warn me away," Darden writes in his book. "Perhaps he felt badly over what he'd done to my reputation..."
"People there don't want niggers in their town. People there don't want Mexicans in their town. They don't want anybody but good people in their town, and anyway you can do to get them out of there that's fine with them. We have no niggers where I grew up."
"Now, it's funny because guys in Internal Affairs go, `Mark, you can do just about anything. ... We'd love to investigate just some `good 'ol boy' ...'"

Mirsky's Worst of the Web
On 14 March 1996, Mirsky wrote:

Mirsky is very astute, there has been a tendancy among some to think I meant "indict". Others have asserted that, "INDITE" is not a word -- but they also assert that Simpson is a murderer.
indite (in'dit), v., -dited, -diting. put in words or writing; compose, as a letter, poem, etc. [OF enditer L in- in + dictare DICTATE, express in writing] --in-dite'ment, n. inditer, n.
When creating the TITLE I was confronted with the standard authors problem: How does one express a concept, or series of concepts, in the minimum number of words? In this case, "To express in writing" the allegations, and evidence, which could justify the INDICTMENT of Detective Mark Furman -- for, Tampering with evidence in a capital case.
These charges were alluded to during the Simpson Criminal Trial, and now continue to dog former Detective Fuhrman. By the nature of the Tampering accusation, we are required to deal with the underlying trial -- the Bundy murders -- to determine if and when evidence was tampered with.
A verdict of Not Guilty has been rendered in the Criminal Matter; a civil matter is pending -- which levels the exact same charge: MURDER These pages express in writing that which will be explored in the Civil Matter, and possibly will confront Fuhrman in a court of law.
Previously, I stated that Mirsky was astute; in a personal note, he stated:
"..., your use of indite is hilarious and I hope you keep doing it."
When dealing with such a "dry" subject as murder, one should always take pains to maintain both sense of humour, and objectivity.
