We recently went for a walk in Scottsdale, Arizona at their Parada del Sol to show our beautiful friends (Rescue a Golden of Arizona) off and to let people in the Phoenix area know about us! I got to dress up like a cowgirl!

This was taken at the end of the Parada and I thought we should have gone another 5 miles and all my buds should have hung around for lots more fun! Stop and see my page! Lucy's Page!

"Rescue a Golden of Arizona" was formed to facilitate the placement of unwanted Golden Retriever dogs into new homes. RAGofAZ is sought out by persons, concerned individuals, and humane organizations who come in contact with Golden Retriever dogs and we work to place the dogs in new homes. We have a spay/neuter requirement for all dogs that we place. If the dog has been abused or needs medical attention, we provide emotional and medical rehabilitation. Individuals who desire to adopt a Golden Retriever must fill out an application form; if approved, individuals are introduced to a potential pet. Our purpose is solely to provide good homes for Golden Retrievers who might otherwise be abandoned or euthanized by their previous owners. Through education (booths at community functions, newsletters, etc.) we seek to reduce the unwanted dog population and increase responsible pet ownership."
