Letters like these keep me going!

Story on Tuesday (Yes this was her name!) Is that her owner had cancer, and could not keep her any more. She bounced from one foster home, and almost did not make it to Lindsays house either. Mom and dad had second thoughts while she was on the trip over, and when she got there, They all fell in love with her. I damn near cried when I got this letter......This is the stuff that keeps us all in rescue!

Heres another one! Though this was one of my bought nightmares.... He is actually 150 lbs heavier here, then when he landed at 750 lbs, Now don't flame me.....Dr Said he could be ridden for 15 minutes a day. I respected those wishes untill he gained up to 1200 lbs.

This is what he looked like almost a year later and trail worthy. My husband and he got along very well.
