2007: Collected first collegiate base hit 2/17 vs. Illinois-Chicago....Member of the 2007 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2006: Named to the 2006 ACC Honor Roll....Did not play while being red-shirted as a freshman....played for Luray Wranglers of the Valley Baseball League during the summer.

High School: A three year letter-winner for coach Tim Lemons at Chattahoochee High School....Ranks as the school's career leader in batting (.405), triples (11) and runs scored (94), and ranks second in hits (103), total bases (183) and stolen bases (39)....Named to the All-North Fulton team in 2004 and 2005....Rated as the No. 34 high school senior in Georgia by Perfect Game USA.....hit .453 with four home runs to earn second team All-Area honors from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in 2005....went 3-for-4 with two doubles and a triple as Chattahoochee beat Lassiter 5-0 in Game Two of the Class AAAAA championship series at Marietta 6/8/2005....was 3-for-3 with a triple, two walks, and four stolen bases out of the leadoff spot to help Chattahoochee top Lassiter 10-4 and capture the Class AAAAA championship 6/9/2005....an all-area selection and team MVP as a junior hitting .410 with six home runs while leading Chattahoochee in hits, total bases, stolen bases (13) and runs....played for East Cobb Cardinals during summers of 2004 and 2005....also lettered two years of football for coach Terry Crowder.
