This short-lived supplementary league was played with the same membership from 1898-99 to 1900-01. All of its clubs, with the exception of East Stirlingshire and Falkirk Amateurs, were also members the Central Combination.

1900-01 season left unfinished. King’s Park named as champions. Many of the above were Central Combination matches, which it had been agreed would count in both competitions since fixture congestion was threatening the completion of the league.
