"Where shall we seek justice when the injustice of power is our destruction?" Euripides

As the founders of our country realized over two centuries ago, a power that is accountable to no one but itself is accountable to no one. "Nemo agit in seipsum".

"As nightfall does not come at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there's a twilight where everything remains seemingly unchanged, and it is in such twilight that we must be aware of change in the air, however slight, lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness." Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas

UNDER CONTINUOUS CONSTRUCTION (last update July 15, 1999)

Association of Americans for Constitutional Laws and Justice(AACLJ)

What We Support:

We support constitutional laws and a Judicial system which operates with fundamental fairness and is consistent with the principles of justice, compassion and truth. We support high ethical standards for government attorneys and our Judiciary.

What We Encourage:

Our Constitution and the Bill of Rights are not outdated historical documents that need to be be trashed. They are perfect documents drafted by the forefathers of our nation, people of great vision, to protect our God-given unaliable rights as free people. Often, many of these rights are being taken away fom us under the pretext of "laws" and under only an "Appearance of Justice". We encourage you to take action to protect our Constitution by writing to your elected representatives in Congress about the misapplications of laws and the injustices they have produced. Our fundamental rights as citizens of this Great Nation are being threatened. We need to raise the collective conscience of all Americans that our Nation needs to return to the Founding Principles, to our Constitution, and to the justice and fairness of common law.

What We Oppose:

We oppose unconstitutional laws.We oppose human rights violations and oppression through the misapplication and abuses of laws intented for other purposes. We oppose the criminalization of political targets through the fabrication of "crimes" and "evidence". We oppose the undermining of our criminal justice system by government attorneys operating with their own secret agendas. We oppose manipulation of Grand Juries to rubber-stamp improper prosecutions. We oppose judicial tolerance of egregious misconduct by federal prosecutors. We oppose judicial proceedings that only give the Appearance of Justice and a Facade of Due Process.

Please read on and visit our links so that you can learn the truth behind the "Drug War", the "Money Laundering statutes" and other laws that have been legislated purportedly to fight drug traffickers, terrorists, and organized crime but often used for other purposes.

Find out about continuing abuses of drug-legislated "laws" that have nothing to do with drugs. Learn about the inhumane and disproportionate sentencencing that is inflicted on Americans for alleged minor offenses. Learn how our constitutional rights are being violated by the same government officials who have the responsibility of defending them.

Example Case of Prosecutorial Abuse of the Charging Function

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Report on Prosecutorial Misconduct in Dr. George Pararas-Carayannis' Case

UPDATE ON Dr. George Pararas-Carayannis (July 1999): Summary: Dr. George Pararas-Carayannis' cruel, unusual, and disproportionate punishment is being perpetuated indefinitely in violation of the Eighth Amendment. The government attorney obstructed the Court's agreement. The BOP reneged on its agreement with the Court to file for compassionate release. Both the BOP and the Court now claim no jurisdiction. Dr. Carayannis has been denied Due Process protection guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. He has been placed in a state of perpetual legal limbo, described by the court as "never-never land".
