It is the home of the Puma Man because in a great (sic) movie from the 1970's, a spaceship came down to save the Aztec people from being being conquered by this evil British guy, so they gave this belt the powers of the Puma. A man put on the belt, and became the PUMA MAN! I'm not the real puma man, but I can certainly pretend.
