Where are you from? "Chorley in Lancashire. Although I've just moved into a big house in nearby Leyland. I spent the first few years of my life on the White Isle of Ibiza where I developed a love of running round naked. It tends to get me in trouble these days though."

Age? (very optional!!!)
"22 (just) 23.11.81!"

Earliest memory?
"In Ibiza, (probably naked) when the trees surrounding the house we lived in caught fire and we had to make a run for it."

Favourite place?
"Bed or stuffing my face in local restaurant, Campions (yum yum yum)"

Favourite music?
"Erm, loads really. I love all the Hed Kandi compilations they are great to drive or work out to. At the moment I am listening to the Lionel Richie and Commodores CD because it's such a classic. I sing in a soul band so I do love my motown stuff too"

Any special qualifications/achievements that you're proud of?
"I have my No7 badge from Boots does that count? And I won the Chorley Search for a star competition twice. Did well in GCSE'a nad A-Levels I suppose."

First job? "Working as a waitress in the pub up the road. I started on Christmas Eve 1998 and we had awful weather. There were gale force winds and a telegraph pole fell outside onto the Managers car 10 minutes after he'd shouted at me for spilling soup. What goes around comes around eh?"
Best job? "The one I'm doing now - traffic and travel on both 97.4 Rock FM and Magic 999. I also run our promotional vehicle The Thundertruck."

Dream job?
"To work hard for a few years building up my own business then for it to earn enough money so I can retire to the sunshine! (Of course I'd also love to work on a national station or TV but everyone says that)"

How did you get started in doing what you do?
"When Brian Moore left Rock FM for Metro Radio, Jude Vause the then Traffic girl got the Breakfast gig so they advertised for a new traffic tart. I came in for a live audition and got voted by the listeners to land the gig. So I am basically a cheat and won my job."

How long ago?
"That was 2 years and 2 months ago. I didn't expect to be kept on. I was told that I'd be lucky if I stayed 6 months but I proved myself and I'm still here."

Where would you have been seen or heard since you started broadcasting?
"Crimewatch. Or singing on Radio Lancashire."
