Make sure you have all that you need.  In your notes, you may want to write renewed, and when it has to be done by/ the cost, etc. You can repeat this type of format for yourself regarding hiring & training, equipment & furnishing installation & delivery, printing of menu's, advertising (newspapers, fliers, phone book), accountant, computers, food delivery, and everything else on the main site index that applies before your grand opening.
