would allow for a third party to request that the biological parent of
the adoptee to remove the veto. (I.e. that the adoptee was seeking to
meet).
My opinions are not fixed in stone. I'd need to hear more sides to the story as well as getting legal opinions. I recognize the current difficulties preventing adoptees to unite with their biological parents are problematic. |
