It isn't only during warm spring, summer, and even autumn days.

I don't even like most people driving their cars and SUV trucks around me on highways anytime year-round.

They and I simply are "not on the same page."

With gas-pump prices now over the $3/gallon cost, it would be worse if I went up to Cambridge or Princeton MN or wherever and bought an all-electric E-Ride car for $15000 (I do not have), which all-battery car could only go up to 25 mph in a Pawlenty-approved now-street-legal speed zone of 35 mph or less......because then non-loving and hateful, rude and impolite bastards and bitches impatiently tailgating me would seriously honk at me in filthy-reviling-insult, raised-3rd-finger, road-rage anger.

But I misfortunately have to drive on the same taxpayer-funded roads they also ride on at the same daylight hours to get my everyday business done. Such a lamentable harassing situation brings to mind a few Scripture verses:

When I see those fools zooming around me in impetuous fury needlessly burning excess gas, I wonder where they get the money to pay for it, with the economy the way it is (which downward-descending economy people like them have caused).

Not only do they zoom around me, but in defiance pass me on my right side (which, if I remember correctly, is illegal according to the Driving Manual).

I would love to point and laugh at the short-sighted goofs who madly speed around me - only to have to slam on their brakes for those not-that-far-distant yellow stoplights which soon change to red.....being that I gently cruise in slowly alongside them to the same red stoplight they have violently also have had to stop at. However, I [barely] choose to calmly restrain myself to avoid the risk of them smashing their car sideways into mine with retaliatory revenge, or getting out of their car and punching me in the face. (I figure that it just is not worth having to then call 911, getting the police involved concerning assault with or without a deadly weapon, having to file a police report, experience police issueing ticket citations, causing rate increases from the car-insurance companies, and having a permanently-defiled driving record).

I have heard certain dimwits declare that "people are basically good." That simply does not jive with what Jesus (in John 2:25) said:

"[Jesus] knew all men and needed no one to bear witness of man; for he himself knew what was in man.

and what Saint Paul (in Romans 7:18-19) stated:

"For I know that nothing good dwells within me, that is, in my flesh. I can will what is right, but I cannot do it. For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I do."

You can easily imagine that if Saint Paul said that about himself, what non-righteous men and women are like in their hearts! It bring to mind more honest and forthright evaluation from King David.

Perhaps some drivers do not consider themselves evil. They should then consider themselves wicked and described by such Scripture as:

Job 3:17 = There the [impatient, tailgating, horn-honking road-rage] wicked cease from troubling, and there the weary are at rest.

Matthew 6:1 = "Beware of practicing your piety before men in order to be seen by them; for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 7:15 = "Beware of [mopheaded/sleevesless/slacksless/socksless] [warm-days joggers and bikers], who come to you in [shorts and sockslessness].....and inwardly are ravenous wolves.
Matthew 10:17 = Beware of [probably warm-days-misattired] joggers and bikers.......
I Peter 3:17 = You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, beware lest you be carried away with the error of lawless [warm-days immodestly-misattried bikers and joggers], and lose your own stability.
