Country Bookkeeping Services Rates for Accounting

Set-Up - One time fee of $200.00 for the set-up of your Chart of Accounts in Quickbooks.  This includes entering your date for the part six months and balancing your bank statements for that period as well as entering your client and vendor data.  We can also do the set-up for nine months for an one time fee of $300.00 Maintenance of Books - $125.00 per week for on-going maintenance of books including entering data, balancing statements, invoicing clients, paying bills, preparing profit/loss statements, balance and payroll. Sales Tax Reports - $30.00 per month for preparing City and State sales tax reports and filing out reports. Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice for services provided. We will come to your office to pick up all material needed and will return the finished material the next morning.
