1/2 Lb. Vanilla Wafers 1 Cup Butter 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar 2 Eggs, Unbeaten 1 Small Can (9 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, Drained 1/2 Pint Whipping Cream
Grind and roll wafers into crumbs. Put 1/2 crumb mixture on bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 pan, save other half for top. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Pour this mixture over crumbs. Whip cream, add drained pineapple. Pour over first mixture. Cover with rest of crumbs. Put into refridgerator overnight.
Do not freeze! (very fattening.. but so good) |
