Movie Maker-(SUPER 8) That Is...

Even as a toddler I was fascinated with "the camera". I was definitely a "ham" and was always eager to have my picture taken or shot on film. I began making and, of course, acting in my own home movies at a very young age. What a BLAST!! Being an only child forced me to use my imagination, which is also why I became a ventriloquist before my teenage years. (So I could have somebody [Gorgeous George is his name] to actually talk "vent" to.) People used to say and some still do, by the way, kid me about being an "Opie" and/or a "Little Richie Cunningham." But I don't mind that at all! And get this; my parents,(both sets & my wife's mother), which by the way are very supportive, named me after the famous actor/director, John Derek. So, I figure it's my destiny or "calling" if you will, to pursue this life long aspiration, don't ya think?
