RESULTS FOR MARCH 7, 2000

Segment 1:  Nate, KJ, and Phatty B

Nate Richards and KJ Lear brought out their bitch, Phatty B, to talk about the matches for the day.  Nate says that he cannot take place in the match against Acid because he already has a Backyard Title match set up for later in the day.  Therefore, he explained, Phatty B would have to face Acid for the title.  Phatty complained, but had to do it, because he was their bitch.  Nate also said that if Phatty won, the title would still go to himself.

Match 1:  Jobber Brothers vs. Enigma (Handicap Match)

The Jobber Brothers came out to the backyard, only to be demolished by Enigma.  The highlight of the match was a flying leap off the balcony by Enigma, executing a double flying body press on the Jobber Brothers.

Match 2:  Omen vs. Copycat

Omen took control early and had control for most of the match.  Copycat made a startling comeback, and went for the Copycat Elbow.  Suddenly, Omen's nemesis, KJ Lear came out of nowhere and attacked Copycat, leaving Omen an easy win.

Match 3:  Cory Steele vs. Nate Richards (Backyard Title)

This was an impressive back and forth match, which ended with Steele hitting the Steele Mill on Richards, and winning the Backyard Title.

Match 4:  Phatty B vs. Acid (EJW Title)

Early in the match, Phatty was horribly injured.  Peewee Reddenbacher arrived and told Nate Richards that he was the only one left to fight Acid, because everyone else had already left.

Match 5:  Acid vs. Nate Richards (EJW Title)

Acid fought his ass off in this match.  It was a good match all around, when Nate pulled off a pin out of nowhere.  He thought he had won the EJW title, but was informed that because he was not supposed to be in this match, he could not win the title.
