To receive your welcome package you need to do the following:
1. Become active in the guild by posting messages so members can get to know who you are.
2. Helping others and the mall by answering questions on the board, donating to members and guild shops, and participating in guild activies.
4. Wait to receive your Welcome Package Shopping Basket. Tabu_792003 is in charge of them and will use best judgement when sending them out. Who knows what goodies you will receive :)
