Here is a list of rules to abide by when having a shopping spree
You may not at any time change the rules of the shopping spree once it has been approved.
You may add to the prizes but not change them. The prizes are then sent to The Enchantedspringsmall account (by way of the trading post) where they will be put on display and held until the winners are announced. Then they will be sent by way of The trading post to the winners.
The shopping sprees will start on Monday and end within 7 days. You pick the times.
If you are running a scam, you WILL be reported and a request for you account to be Frozen will be sent by all members of guild council to assure you will be frozen.
You will post daily (on the message board) who is in the lead, and by how much.
You must have ALL prizes sent in to the enchantedspringsmall account prior to the shopping sprees and will then be awarded to the winners by this account. Fail to do so will result in the shopping spree not running. The prizes will be displayed in the Enchanted Spring's Mall main account for 200,000 nps.
You must neo-mail tabu792003 with the results of the shopping spree when it ends. Failing to do so may cause you to be banned from further shopping sprees.
Please do not say anything negative about a shopping spree being held. If there is a negative comment posted, it will be removed and you will be suspended from all shopping sprees for 2 weeks.
Any concerns about a shopping spree can me be neo-mailed to Tabu at Enchantedspringsmall.
Shopping sprees are to be held within the guild only, no outside participation.
If it is a send in items shopping spree, you must use the trading post. Send a neo-mail saying you have a trade up. Trades must be in by deadline, no later.
Guild shopping sprees can be held at any time during the week.
Only 1 shopping spree at a time including guild shopping sprees, excluding mini and other approved shopping sprees.
If you win 1st place in a shopping spree, you must sit out the next shopping spree to give others a chance to win.
If you do enter into the next weeks shopping spree, it will be considered a donation to that person who is running the shopping spree.
You may only hold any 2 shopping sprees in a 1-month time.
You Must be at least a Clerk in order to hold a shopping spree. You MUST be at least a Cashier to participate in any shopping sprees.
