Berserkeley, CA (FP) -- Following the wild success of Michael Moore's crockumentary Farenheit 9/11, officials at the wildly sane anti-Bush website MoveOn.org have decided to change their name to honor the serious liberal journalist.

The organization will now be known as MooreOn.org (pronounced: mor-"än-dät-org).

The millionaire director could not be reached for comment, but relayed through his publicist that he would be taping a short film of his reaction to the honor and to also prove how Bush and Saudis fought a secret propaganda war to keep the name change from happening.

"I believe that our followers are proud to be known as MooreOns," said Wes Boyd, co-founder of the original MoveOn group. "I know I am."

On a humorous note, there was a group of Air America Radio fans present at the press conference where the name change was announced (Taking a page from Rush Limbaugh fans knows as Ditto-Heads, the liberal talk network followers have become known as Air-Heads.).

Anyway, a friendly impromptu shouting match started up with each group trying to out yell their opponent. From the left side of the room could be heard, "Air Heads! Air Heads!" From the farther left side of the room could be heard, "Moore-Ons! Moore-Ons!"

At the end of the day, it couldn't quite be determined who the bigger losers were.
