Purchase of
Brooklands Rd Land
I purchased
two and a half acres of ex recreation ground off
Brooklands rd, Spring bank, Hull on the 21st November
1991. I also had to purchase further bits of land to
make up a suitable size to sell, making a total of four
acres.
I had to go to appeal because the local
council refused planning permission for building of
dwellings. It took a total of four years before i won
the appeal. I gained planning permission for sixty two
dwellings on the land, I then sold the land to Barretts
Builders 2nd September 1996
