London.
He told us many of his storys when he was in the second
World war serving in the navy and the milatary police in Cyprus and

Purchased 443 Hessle Rd at auction for £30,000
(shop,workshop, flat)with an income of £6,000 per annum.
Obtained planning permission and a licence for a leisure unit,
then rented the property out for £12,000 per annum.
The tenant
spent £100,000 on improvements.
