Example Garden A- Pre-dug compacted area. A 10 foot by 10 foot area is staked. Photo taken 3-18-2004.
Example Garden A- A 12 to 18 inch hole is dug within the staked area.This location was on a slight slope so  terraced sides and back were created. Photo taken 3-18-2004.
Garden A- The finished newly planted Grow Good Foods Garden. Newspaper lies 1 to 4 inches thick underneath the straw. Fertile compost and enriched soil was mixed underneath and added on top. The 2 gardens pictured here are planted with 10 different crops EACH. Tomato transplants can be seen along the borders. Photo taken 3-20-2004.
Example Garden A- All other seeds have now finished sprouting.Weeding is now obsolete as there is no space or light for them to grow. Photo taken 4-26-2004.
Example Garden A- Corn, radish, bean, and lettuce sprouts can now be seen growing with the tomatoes. Photo taken 4-6-2004.
