Haakon Graf
has played piano since age of 6, started out on a
Hammond B3 at 13, and released his first album on Polydor at
the age of 17, with contemporay rock group Ruphus.
Since then a 30-something number of albums with his compositions and sounds has been released.
Keyboardplayer Magazine describes him as a " spiritual & intelligent player" and it may seem like he's been hidden from the internationalmusicscene...as a secret. Graf has lived and played in Brasil, toured in Japan, Europe & USA, appeared at Montreaux, North Sea, and Copenhagen Jazzfestivals with people like Paul Jackson & Mike Clarke (Headhunters) Flora Purim & Airto Moreira, Frank Gambale (Chick Corea)  -and been described by a major newspaper in Sweden as " better than his idols" ..Invited to play at the Buddy Rich Scholarship Concert in Boston with Dennis Chambers, The Modern Drummer Weekend, with Chambers &  Grafitti. Great reviews  in MD -Magazine.
