I was sitting in the car going I don't know where when I closed my eyes and all of a sudden this image of a beautiful sailor scout flashed across my mind. She had shoulder length hair in gold and purple streaks. Her outfit was white with gold and purple trim. She wore tall white boots. She had a staff and angel wings. I opened my eyes with a start. Where had this scout come from? Eternal Sailor Light had been born.
