"Elise are you ready?" A.J. called through the door beaming.

"What do you think?" Elise stepped out in a floor-length red dress. "I wasn't sure how it would look because of the baby fat."

"What baby fat?" A.J. couldn't take his eyes off of her. "You look absolutely amazing."

"Really?" She spun in a circle.

"Really you look gorgeous."

"Are you two ready yet?"

"In a minute! You too just go to the car." He ran his fingertips along her arms.

"You look good too baby." Elise gently kissed his lips and walked past him.

"You look really pretty Shorty." Aaron smiled as A.J. and Elise stepped out of the door.

"Thank you Aaron. Do you have her in right?"

"Yes, everything is perfect."

A.J. opened the car door for Elise and when she was in he closed her door and walked around to his side. Right after he turned on the car he set his hand on Elise's lap and she took it in hers. "Well, here we go."

Aaron played with McKenzie all the way to the restaurant and A.J. and Elise listened to her cooing. "I love you Alex." Elise whispered and kissed his hand.

"I love you too." A.J. pulled into the parking lot.

Aaron stepped out of the car and looked at the restaurant. "Is there a reason you got all dressed up for Pizza Hut?"

"I didn't get all dressed up for Pizza Hut." Elise wrapped one arm around A.J. and lifted McKenzie and her carrier onto the other. "I got all dressed up for me."

"A.J. make sure you don't order cheese sticks." Aaron smiled once they were seated.

"Why?"

"Oh nothing…" Aaron winked at Elise, "don't worry about it."

Elise leaned over and whispered, "Large cheese stick."

"Oh, thanks Aaron." A.J. laughed.

The group laughed and talked about everything imaginable all through dinner and on the way home. "Guys," Aaron said as they arrived at Jess' house, "thank you so much for doing this for me. It means more than you realize."

'It was our pleasure." Elise squeezed his hand.

"Well, I guess I'll see you guys soon." Aaron kissed McKenzie's forehead and got his stuff out of the trunk. "Bye."
