Chapter Sixty-five

“Aaron. I think they’re starting to notice you.”

“That’s okay,” Aaron hugged Jess closer to him, “let them look. They’ll find out sooner or later.”

The arena reached an ear-shattering pitch as the boys stepped onto the stage. “Does your brother put on a good show?” Caden yelled over the screaming.

“Usually… but it’s mostly hamming it up for the girls.”

“I think they all put on a great show.” Erica beamed as Nick waved to her.

Later in the show when the boys came out individually, Nick had a huge grin on his face. “Hey bro! Can I tell them?” Aaron and Jess simultaneously gave Nick the thumbs up. “Everyone, I need you to quiet down for a minute.” For the first time that night the room was silent, “As you all probably figured out, my baby bro Aaron is in the audience tonight. Along with my beautiful wife and... quiet down you’ll want to hear this… my soon-to-be sister-in-law and her brother!”

Everyone around them began to crane their necks to get a better look at Jess. “Look that’s her!” someone screamed and quickly snapped a photo.

“Just smile Jessie,” Aaron whispered as every camera in the arena turned towards them.

“How could I not?” Jess leaned up and kissed him.

“Some are going to be jealous.”

She planted another kiss on his lips, “Let them, they have a right to be… I’m with one of the most amazing men in the world.”

“EWW!” Caden screamed like a little girl as Aaron kissed Jess back.

Jess laughed and lightly punched Caden. “Congrats bro!” Nick yelled as the rest of the guys joined him on stage to sing again. In honor of the occasion they sang ‘Yes I Will’ and their security guards captured Aaron and Jess, pulling them up on stage. “If you kiddos don’t believe me get a load of this ring!” Nick pulled a cameraman over to Jess who was bright red but still gave Nick a hug.
