A fan had vacationed on Florida that summer, and found Nicks house, and took pictures of it. She made a sign to hold up of the picutre with a captioned that said 'I was here!' Nick just looked out at it and laughed. He leaned over to Brian and said 'Look! My house is in the audience!'"

1998 was a bad year for BSB but also one of their most successful years. Brian had heart surgery. Brian and Kevin lost their grandfather. Denniz Pop, one of their producers died from cancer. Howie lost his sister to Lupus. There were legal battles with the past management. "But at the same time, it's helped us grow stronger as a group. We all have each other's backs, and I think sometimes you have to take a couple steps back before you can go forward."
