Mitch Hall, Tenor singer (chord balancer, timekeeper)

Mitch is newest to barbershopping but caught up quickly. He grew up with music in his home, and he plays the piano and has been involved in music programs in several churches. This is his third barbershop quartet, and as a tenor, his voice is in "high" demand.  He is House Manager and Music Librarian of the Holland Windmill Chorus.  Mitch lives in Zeeland, Michigan.
Jack Oonk, Lead singer (front man, chief bottle emptier)
MWM; 6'"; 225 lbs; light smoker (whenever it's light out); social drinker (socializing 24/7/365).  Turn-ons: walking barefoot on the beach at sunset, gourmet cooking, Belgian Beer, Cuban Cigars, metaphysics.  Turn-offs: insincere people, right-wing fundamentalists, an unbalanced 'Chinese' 7th chord.  Favorite Author: Terry Pratchett.  Favorite Musician: Frank Zappa.  Favorite Movie: The Wizard of Oz.  Favorite Quote: "I think that Oonk boy is a bad influence." -Eleanor Brunsell, 1969.  Hobbies: performing with Randy Johnson in the soft-rock duo 'R&J', home brewing beer & wine, watching football.  Jack lives in Holland with his wife Yuko and daughter Cassie.

Mike Oonk, Baritone singer (pitch blower, dance instructor)
Mike has been playing music and singing along since he was a featured  boy saprano in several choirs and a  teenager in a popular folk trio The Young Uns.  He plays the guitar and has shown his talents in many groups with younger brother Jack.  He is also the director of the West Shore Sweet Adelines and the Assistant Director of the Holland Windmill Chorus.  He lives in Zeeland, Michigan with his wife Barb.
James Hall, Bass singer (tempo setter, pitch dragger)

James also grew up as a "barbershop brat", since his dad joined the Barbershop Society in 1977, and he has been an active barbershopper for over 17 years. Hall & Oonks is his third quartet.  James and Mitch are first cousins, though sometimes they wish it wasn't the case.  He lives in Lansing, Michigan with his wife Maureen.
