It was 1985 and Jone and Rebeca were together in the nursery school. They were really great friends. They were two years together in the same class but after 2ºEGB (what you study when you are 7) they went their separate ways because they went to different schools. That was when Rebeca met Ainara, in was 1988. They were inseparables till 96, they spent lot of time together. That year Rebeca went to a different high school and to Jone started to go to Ainara's school. Both loved music and that was like the start to become great friends. Ainara used to talk about Rebeca with Jone and about Jone with Rebeca. Jone remembered Rebeca from the nursery school but she didn't match her name with her, she thought her name was Marta.

The three girls decided to meet one day and Rebeca and Jone met again. That was the day Ainara celebrated her birthday, it was March 97. And since then the three became great friends and tried to be all the time they could together. Whenever they could they always went to Castro Urdiales to spent the weekend. Ainara and Jone by that time formed a duo, they were 'AJ fraction' (the initial letters came from their names).

It was October 97 and Lidia had started 2º ESO (what you study when you are 13). Lara was in her classe. Lara was a girl Lidia knew since she started school but they had never been close friends. Music united them when one day Lara went to Lidia's to see some Backstreet Boys videos because they found out both were fans of them. Since then they became inseparables.

It was 1998 and Backstreet Boys were going to go to Spain on tour for the first time. Both girl-groups didn't know each other but all of them were going to go to see them. Casually all of them had booked rooms in the same hotel, the Meliá Zaragoza hotel.

The time passed by 'quickly' till that 11th April. Ainara, Jone and Rebeca went to Zaragoza that morning and they even saw BSB arrive to the hotel. Lidia and Lara arrived in Zaragoza that afternoon, around 7pm. The five girls girl were so surprised to be in the same hotel Backstreet Boys were staying at.
 

Lidia and Lara went to where the others girls were, all of them waiting for the Boys to leave the hotel. They heard a girl speaking about automatic photo cameras or not automatic. Hearing  that conversation Lidia and Lara started to speak with them and the other girls too. Jone, Rebeca and Ainara told Lidia and Lara they have had seen the Boys arrive. The conversation went on talking about the t-shirts they were wearing. Jone asked them where have had they bought them. They had had bought them in Max Center (a shopping mall in Bilbao) . All of them were so surprised because all of them used to go to Max Center.

When they found out BSB were not going to leave the hotel by the main door and they had already left each group of girls went to the concert hall on their own. The concert started at 10PM but the doors were going to be opened two hours after. There were lot of people waiting in line but despite that, minutes after Lidia, Lara and Lidia's parents arrived there, Ainara, Jone and Rebeca appeared and they met again and kept on talking till they entered in the concert hall. They separated there again but casually they met again inside the hall. They kepy on talking and found out that besides BSB they shared lots of music tastes. When the concert started Ainara, Rebeca and Jone went closer to the stage and Lidia and Lara stayed at the back. The concert was great.

When the concert ended the five girls meet again but they didn't give each other their adresses or nothing. All of them came back to the hotel. Ainara, Jone and Rebeca went to the hotel-bar where Kev and Brian were too. Lidia and Lara arrived later, at 2:30AM. Casually they ended up in the hotel-bar too, they didn't pretended to go there first but some girls told them Kev and Brian were in the hotel-hall so there they went. They meet again Ainara, Jone and Rebeca. And at last! they gave their adresses to each other. After that the five girls stayed together. It was around 3:15AM when Kev went to the piano to play some songs. There were only ten girls and it was so beautiful. After that the five girls tried their best to be together whenever they could.

Loli came from Madrid and in 97 move to Colindres (village near Laredo). Loli went to same dance academy that Lara and it was June 98 when she heard some girls talk about Lidia and Lara. Everybody knew they had seen BSB in Zaragoza and that they had great pictures. So, as Loli was a BSB fan too she tried to find Lara in the academy. And she found her some day by pure coincidence. After that Lidia, Lara and Loli decided to meet some day and they connected so great. In Lidia's bday that year Rebeca and Ainara met Loli. Joni wasn't there because she was kept in.

It was April 99 and it was the first time the six girls were going to be together. Then, bdays, week-ends, Castro, Bilbao, Laredo... wherever it was but always together. Although the six were together so ocasionally always some of them couldn't go or something.

That July BSB went back to Spain on tour. After that tour Lara started to separate a bit from the rest of the girls and there were the five, Kosmos: Ainara, Jone, Lidia, Loli y Rebeca.

After that they tried to meet more often despite is a bit difficult to be the five together. Since Summer 2000 scpecially the five of them have spent lot of time together and maybe since this past summer is when they have started to take music like more than a hobbie... let's hope destiny go with them along their way and maybe some not-so-far day their dream of become important singers will come true....
