God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these
last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of
his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; Heb. 1: 1 - 3
And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and
your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And
on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will
show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun
shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: And it
shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2: 17 - 21
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves,
covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection,
trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded,
lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such
turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away
with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
2Tim. 3: 1 - 7
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is
the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of
the creation. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to
us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will
come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall
melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these
things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,Looking for
and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the
elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new
earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
2 Pet. 3: 3, 9 - 13
But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that
they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be
they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most
holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus
Christ unto eternal life. Jude 1: 17 - 21
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us
again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and
undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith
unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need
be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of
gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing
of Jesus Christ: 1 Pet. 1: 3 - 7
