Department of Occupations and Employment

Most of the financial crisis presently besetting both the Government of the United States and the citizens of that government is an occupational and particularly an employment problem.

The trillion-dollar "Stimulus" and "Bailout" plans and packages of both Presidents Bush and Obama are an crucial attempt to alleviate the dangerous and dire economic situation, threatening national security and stability of America and the people therein.

Lamentably, much of the funding has been and yet is directed to investment and mortgage giants, Wall Street gambling speculators, large banks, and the Big Three automakers. Such is misfortunate because those entites will merely establish their own continued survival and existence while they disperse trickle-down stimulus and bailout monies according to their own stringent regulations in the form of piecemeal loans to mainstreet citizens, which borrowed monies of course do not belong to those citizens and must be paid back with interest.

Monies cannot be paid back unless the citizens have jobs to earn money to pay the mortgages and loans back with, and consumers cannot pay to consume unless they have income to consumer spend with, notably for new all-electric battery-powered vehicles. The investment and mortgage giants, plus lending banks, themselves do not create jobs for citizens to pay back mortgages and loans with, but merely offer, initiate, and enforce demand-for-repayment loans increasing the debt and exacerbating the overall national depression.

Up-to-$1000-per-Christian Stimulus Checks immediately dispersed by the Government to KJV+RSV-Bible-espousing Christians would and should certainly help such saints temporarily, but are not the only nor the ultimate answer to restore the economic well-being of those deserving to be restored.

What is needed is for Barack and his cabinet, agencies, and associates to directly interface with and solicit all (especially KJV/RSV-Bible-possessing church-attending Christians) who promptly need and want employment in their particular fields of interests and abilities.

A federal-government questionnaire mailed to all non-alien taxpayers on record with Social Security numbers pertaining to inquiry about employment assistance is what is expedient.

Now, the government should not force anyone to participate by responding to such a Federal Employment Inquiry Questionnaire (FEIQ), because some citizens might not want government interference in their personal occupational business, might not believe the government is broadminded and creative enough to help them in unusual and specific employment desires and assistance, are already content with living on welfare or with the help of relatives and/or friends - and simply do not want nor need their flow of government-assistance checks disrupted by new entanglements and conflict-of-interest complications. Some have occupations which are of a covert, classified, or controversial nature and thus IRS disclosure of income is not convenient for them:

Ge 41:44 Moreover Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I am Pharaoh, and without your consent no man shall lift up hand or foot in all the land of Egypt."
Pr 26:17 He who meddles in a quarrel not his own is like one who takes a passing dog by the ears.
Phm 1:14 ....but I preferred to do nothing without your consent in order that your goodness might not be by compulsion but of your own free will.

Speaking of income taxes and business taxes of both federal and state types, it would behoove Barack & Co. to find and deploy some other kinds of revenue for government-expense operations other than the present income-and-business-taxation system implemented, operated by, and overseen by the IRS.

In this age of supercomputers and the internet, the buying and selling of goods and services across the nation (both government-related and civilian-consumer-related) can be monitored and recorded so as to enable the use of an across-the-board Fair Tax of 20%. Moreover, import taxes on those countries of the world not on a friendly status with America and Israel should be increased to enlarge the coffers of the U.S. Treasury. Anti-Biblical grants for pork-boondoggle projects (like Planned Parenthood, AIDS groups, some save-the-wildlife, and certain "educational research" subsidies) should be cut.

It is not necessary nor acceptable to concoct and implement legality-enforced sensor-chip security and identification implants (i.e. electronic tattoos) on everyone in question to monitor and regulate global buyers and sellers of goods and services worldwide. Limited but private transactions will occur among those not cooperative with such volutary but in-effect mandatory surveillance mechanism.

Getting back to the Federal Employment Inquiry Questionnaire (FEIQ), advanced and high-speed computers with accurate data entry can be of great value in matching the non-employed (wanting employment in their designated fields of interests and abilities) with government and civilian large corporations, smaller corporations, and small businesses desiring employees.

Two of the requirements for such business entites must be required payment of a minimum wage of $8.00/hr for all employees immediately....and better-than-temp-agencies required nonconditional acceptance of all government-designated applicants directed to whatever appropriate business entites....absent of ANY previous resume(s), educational-institution credentials, previous experience, resume information, former employer evaluation contacts or requests, personal references, and any other derogatory or negative information, heresay, or rumors (from whoever) which would disqualify an employment applicant from immediate acceptance as a new employee. Employee applicants with government-indicated criminal records must also be given employment according to what the government dictates as appropriate for the employing business entities.

As previously stated, those who operate and enforce the Federal Employment Inquiry Questionnaire (FEIQ) must be of a genuine-Christian mindset to effectively, efficiently, and imaginatively evaluate and apportion jobs to all volutary participants responding within the stated time limit to the FEIQs. The efficiency and effectiveness of them should go way beyond what such employment-acquisition helpers as Snag-a-Job, Retirement Jobs, and Craigslist provide. It is remarkable what some jobs certain persons choose to busy themselves with, the hours they want to work, the circumstances they want to work in, how temporary or permanent they want to be employed doing what they do, and so forth. The unique avocations of potential employees is vital to consider in terms of appropriate apportionment.

Some pertinent Scripture can be applied:

Eccl 5:13 There is a grievous evil which I have seen under the sun: riches were kept by their owner to his hurt,
Ec 5:14 and those riches were lost in a bad venture; and he is father of a son, but he has nothing in his hand.
Ec 9:11 Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to the men of skill; but time and chance happen to them all.

Isa 55:2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Hearken diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in fatness.

Matt 20:1 "For the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.
2 After agreeing with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
3 And going out about the third hour he saw others standing idle in the market place;
4 and to them he said, 'You go into the vineyard too, and whatever is right I will give you.' So they went.
5 Going out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour, he did the same.
6 And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing; and he said to them, 'Why do you stand here idle all day?'
7 They said to him, 'Because no one has hired us.' He said to them, 'You go into the vineyard too.'
8 And when evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, 'Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last, up to the first.'
9 And when those hired about the eleventh hour came, each of them received a denarius.
10 Now when the first came, they thought they would receive more; but each of them also received a denarius.
11 And on receiving it they grumbled at the householder,
12 saying, 'These last worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the day and the scorching heat.'
13 But he replied to one of them, 'Friend, I am doing you no wrong; did you not agree with me for a denarius?
14 Take what belongs to you, and go; I choose to give to this last as I give to you.
15 Am I not allowed to do what I choose with what belongs to me? Or do you begrudge my generosity?'

Mt 21:28 "What do you think? A man had two sons; and he went to the first and said, 'Son, go and work in the vineyard today.'

Mt 25:16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them; and he made five talents more.
Mt 25:17 So also, he who had the two talents made two talents more.
Mt 25:20 And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, 'Master, you delivered to me five talents; here I have made five talents more.'
Mt 25:22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, 'Master, you delivered to me two talents; here I have made two talents more.'
Mt 25:27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest.

1Th 4:9 But concerning love of the brethren you have no need to have any one write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love one another;
10 .....But we exhort you, brethren, to do so more and more,
11 to aspire to live quietly, to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we charged you;
12 so that you may command the respect of outsiders, and be dependent on nobody.

2Th 3:10 For even when we were with you, we gave you this command: If any one will not work, let him not eat.
