It is doubtful that Jesus of the New Testament was ever registered and licensed with the Roman Medical Association (the RMA, perhaps similar to our American Medical Association) or government equivalent. It is equally dubious that the Divine Rabbi and Teacher was humanly ordained in apostolic succession at a theological seminary nor ever had a teaching certificate from the Roman Department of Education either on a federal or a state level.

It is doubtful that Elijah and Elisha the healers and miracle workers had government-issued registration and certification to do what they did, or that Peter or Paul had medical or teaching certification to heal and teach as they historically did according to the reliable record of the Holy Bible.

There has been some controversy about the restrictions and inhibitions relating to the Department of Education, with some suggesting the possibility of eliminating that government agency entirely. Even though such elimination has not yet been done, preliminary redress has already been done and established to "legally" counter the repression and suppression imposed by bureaucratic educrat tyranny stifling not only the teaching of innovative and sociologically-beneficial ideas, procedures, techniques, and inventions but the practical implementation of such.
Redress has already been done by home-schooling advocates actually performing home-schooling where credentialed parental licensure and certification is non-existent. The effects on superior knowledge and productivity of young people schooled with such non-licensed and non-certified in-family-only or limited-group home-schooled education has been impressive, and approvingly devoid of much oppressive, defiling, and dangerous shenanigans and opposition indiginous on public-schooling premises.
Alarmingly, there is yet work to be done pertaining to questionable requirement and content of State Graduation Test and testing mandates relating to endangering and potentially defiling home-school subject matter with secular, false, anti-religious, and heretical pseudo-"educational" propaganda (such as evolution mythology and test questions relating to that) involved against particularly Biblical-information and Scriptural-doctrines of home schooling educational curricula relating to essential reading ability, basic arithmetic, and other necessities involving general public-safety and other issues.
In the area of medical practice, innovation and invention have frequently not been the result of restrictive and repressive government certification and licensure but rather have occurred in spite of such to the extent where tyrannous credentialed certification and licensure has not been imposed.
In the business world, certification is not by agencies of government but more and more is being done by individual private temporary employment agencies who themselves give implied certification and credentials to those temp workers who corporations and companies utilize for sometimes-vital corporate tasks, without the expense and hassle of providing health insurance, workman's comp, 401k pension plans, and who can be fired as easily and quickly as they are hired from the temp agencies.

One might wonder why government certification relating to abortion perpetrators, medical practice, nude-dance bars, massage and escort shenanigans, public-or-private-school teaching, and many other areas of human endeavor is useful or helpful at all.
Good reputation is not necessarily established by credentialed licensure or certification by government, nor entities the government designates as subordinate entites entitled to license and certify others. Government, to varying extents, does have the ability and resources to publicize the availability and alleged past records of those in various occupations who have been and yet are certified and licensed by them, to some possible benefit of others who are not aware of who is available, what they are qualified to do occupationally, and what they have successfully or nonsuccessfully actually done.
The internet has been crucial in altering dependence upon government and government-agency licensure and certification. Now anyone can present themselves to anyone else on the web without certification, without medical license, marriage license, nor teaching credential. As a result, the popularity of such publicity mechanisms as Google and Yahoo have now become everyday household words, and users by the millions are benefitting every second of every day. Freedom reigns, without repressive licensure and certification restriction. E-mails have replaced Postal Service snailmail to the economic, speed, and security advantage of all. To those who understand and accept the intentions of Holy Writ, such is a welcomed relief and gratefully accepted. For others of a demonic mindset, such liberty presents a terrifying opportunity to randomly deceive, disrupt, and destabilize all that is frigidly status quo, lamentably-traditional, boring - hopelessly locked in hatefully-regimented, authority-respect-demanded orderliness and inhibition.
