Layout- How beautiful or unique the layout is, basically how nice it all looks.
Content- The stuff in it. You can't submit a site with only three pages, what's the point in that?
Devoted work- If the webmaster/webmiss works hard on the site and devotes himself to it. Must update at least ONCE a week.
Information- How much info there is. It would be good if it had some bios, lyrics, scripts or stuff...
Easy navigation- Self explanatory, really. Like, if you have a white background, you can't have white words. And, I must be able to find stuff a bit easy- say, if I'm looking for biographies, you must make that easy to find and not put it in the Updates section.
Name- If you have a unique and beautiful name, you get the marks. Don't worry if you have a plain name- My site was once called One ring and it won a best site name award.
Interactivty- It would be good if you have a tagboard, guestbook, polls and such. Just a way that keeps the visitors involved.
Function- A few broken links and wrong grammar are ok, of course, but I don't expect to see the whole page full of broken links.
Originality- Do you have something to stand out? Something that keeps people coming back? If I like what I see and find on your site, this is where you gain marks.

4. Any kind of site is allowed, such as like my own, Geocities, Freewebs, expage, Bravehost- whatever.
5. Site must be in English. Please don't submit if you have a wonderful site, with loads to do and very worthy of awards but is in German..I can't read German, you know.
6. You can submit your site for a review again ONLY if you have made some MAJOR changes.
7.Site allowed to be under construction, like mine, but please, no broken links, and must have at least a few pages.
