I have over 10 years of work experience, which consists of a combination of over 6 years related to administrative, customer service and general office; over 2 years of industrial; and 3 years of IT/IS experience to offer. I am a graduate of Robert Morris College with my BBA, concentration in Computer Networking Specialist and an AAS, concentration in Computer Programming. Currently, I attend Techskills LLC for training in PC Hardware, Software and Network Administration. I am A+, N+ and MCSA Certified; and now pursuing my MCSE, with future goals of attaining my CCNA and CCNP Certifications. Also, I am attending Benedictine University to attain my Master of Science in Management Information Systems Degree expected completion date is summer 2004. My most recent experience was, for TAC Worldwide at (CNA/Edge) I assisted in the deployment of workstations in a project that consists of over 15000 computers. The firms upgrading its entire organization’s system from Win ’95 and ’98 to Win2k with Novell Netware Servers. I unpacked for deployment, set-up workstations for rollout and assigned node names to new CPU’s.
As an intern at Bowen High School. Where I assisted the technology coordinator with relocation and set up projects of the school's LAN. Another of my responsibilities was maintaining the integrity of Bowen's security system on their network. I Provided assistance to the technology coordinator with installation and configuration of desktop hardware and software. I supported the school's staff and students with any technical problems. I supervised the school's Technology Center in the absence of the technology coordinator.
While at LakeShore Staffing I worked with clients as technical support and as a scanning specialist. Where I was responsible for the up-keep of clients LAN, and solutions to associates technology problems. In addition, I edited and prepared PowerPoint presentations; I also installed and upgraded associates software and hardware.
