The above banner that diplays the title of this class, title of my week4 page and my name Marcus Eatmon is an applet that I found at javaboutique.internet.com.

The applet I chose for my week4 page is one of the first video games that I can think of, if not the first to every come out, pingpong. To play this game you first click on the start button. You are the line (player) on the right side of the screen. To control your player put the cursor over your line or anywhere on the game board to move up or down. You have to keep the dot (ball) in play (from getting past you). You score a point everytime the ball is kept in play, and the game ends when the ball gets past you.

I found the pingpong applet at javaboutique.internet.com

The sound that I chose to use is a song by the late rap artist Tupac "2pac" Shakur. The first way I used it as an embedded sound, and the second way is it is being used as a reference tag California Love. The song can be downloaded along with plenty other sounds and songs from www.freeaudioclips.com Click.

asteroids Asteroids old school, the object of this one is to shoot as many asteroids as possible without getting destroyed by them. The more you destroy the faster they start to come at you, and ohh yeah look out for the menacing flying saucer with guided missiles. The control directions are on the page.

Test your aim ...
see how good of a shot you are ...
