This apartment is located on the first floor of the building, whose privilege ocean-front position brings its guest to a convenient spot: few steps from el Malecon –Havana’s most sought after area–, as well as tourist and cultural places.
This small apartment has a living room,
kitchenette, bathroom and one bedroom. You rent the whole place. Been a
door-front eases access, particularly for those to whom the stairs is not a
friendly approach.
However, please notice you would not expect the same level of isolation and quiteness as living on an upper floor.
The Apartment is equipped with air conditioner,
hot water, fridge, kitchen with gas stove, phone, TV set and small Stereo.
