This apartment is located on the third floor of an eight stories building, whose privilege ocean-front position provides the apartment with a unique view of el Malecon –Havana’s most sought after area–, the Caribbean sea and one fair half of the city.

Description

This big apartment has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. You rent the whole place, except one room, that we keep for our use, basically at night. This is much of a formatily as you’d be mostly left along with this huge and quite space for your enjoyment.

Every room has a window open to the building outside edge, so you can tune the pulse of the city life on the background. Yet it’s very quite inside.

The building has an elevator that is driven by a neighbor, Monday through Saturday from 07.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 21.00, otherwise one has to use the stairs. However, been on the third floor brings along the convenience of not many flights of stairs and a resonable landscape and noise isolation.

The Apartment is equipped with commodities such as air conditioner, hot water, fridge, kitchen with gas stove and oven, phone, TV set and Stereo.
