JOAD is the Junior Olympic Archery Division.
NAA Level 1 is an entry level instructor for the NAA. Level 2 is the next step toward Level 5, which is a master coach.
NFAA master coach is the highest level. Level 1 would be entry level progressing toward the levels of intermediate and advanced and master.
