Minh-TÔM (Roy Thomas (TOM) Premo, Jr.) grew up in Klamath Falls Oregon USA. He worked in Vietnam with
RMK-BRJ and USAID (1966-1973) and then in Indonesia/Saudi Arabia with
Bechtel (1974-1985); see his World Travel Webpage. Minh-TÔM considers himself to be a Viet-Kieu (Vietnamese Living Abroad) and now that he is retired he spends one-half of the year in Vietnam and one-half in Walnut Creek, California.
Minh-TÔM wears a Buddah pendant that was given to him by his father-in-law, Pham Van Ngu, which was carved from a wild boar's tusk and it seems to bring him luck. He wears the Buddah pendant all of the time; the last time that he didn't wear it was just before Christmas, 1979 and he had a stroke!
Minh-TÔM and his family live in Go Cong, Tien Giang Province, Vietnam and Minh-Tom travels around the city by Xichlo (Pedicab). We also live in Walnut Creek, California USA with our dogs, "Goldie" (1986-2000), "Taco" and "Mimi". Our three children (

DVC Track 110HH and 400IM Hurdle Records. Robert is married and they live in Great Falls, Montana. Their first child Terryn Ashley Premo was born on 2/11/1999 and their second child, Courtlyn
Addison Premo was born 7/16/2001. Jeanine is married to Gary Alexander and they live in Concord. They both work for Arthur Beren Shoes on Union Square in San Francisco. Jackie is married to Robert Greene and the Greene Family, including our other three grandchildren, Kenneth, Danielle and Aaron (AJ), live in Canada.
