- Professional staff training for civilian components of Peacekeeping Missions

- Charity support of Russian peacekeeping contingents in the field
Memorial
- Pensions for dependents and widows of deceased peacekeepers
General Charity Programs
- Support and promotion of domestic and International Charity projects in the field of education and social security.
