Comments - Okay, y'all BETTER appreciate this! LOL... actually, I
just HOPE you do ^^;; I wrote this thing by CANDLELIGHT! Well..
actually, the candle distracted me and I ended up remolding my candle
as it burned, getting hot wax all over my hand, setting my nail on
fire and burning my tongue while extinguishing it @_@ In otherwords,
we had a power failure for 5 hours >_<
I hope to see some of you at AX. I'll be (in order of the day)
Yohji, You-ya, original outfit (look for all black with black wings),
and something at least resembling a I'll Kyo outfit ^^;;;
Okay, this part is short, but for a reason (which is obvious).

//Only four more hours until we cross the border...// Die sighed and
concentrated on the road as Shinya sat in the other seat, looking out
the window. //I'll never see him again... he's... he'll be better
off...//

The phone rang and Kaoru lazily picked it up, ignoring Toshiya's
protests. "Moshi moshi?" Kaoru's eyebrows raised. "Hounto? Okay,
we'll start then." Kaoru hung up the phone and kissed Toshiya
softly. "Hun, get up. We got a call in."

"Mmm..." Toshiya wrapped his arms around Kaoru's waist and nuzzled
his head at his hips. "But Kao-kao..."

"Come on!"

The figure on the couch looked lazily at the television screen as an
anorexic woman gave the news. He was about to flip the channle when
he saw someone familiar have their picture on the screen. "Oh... so
that's why you haven't answered your cell... I should check this
out..."

Shinya looked over to Die, feeling tears prick at his eyes. He gazed
at the red haired man's profile, studying him quietly before reaching
over and lightly stroking Die's cheek. Die looked over
momentarily. "Shinya?"

Shinya closed his eyes and rested his head on Die's
shoulder. "Die... we're just a couple hours away now, huh?"

"Yeah..." He lifted a hand up to hold one of Shinya's.

"I want to stay with you... in Mexico."

"No." Die's reply was frim.

Shinya gasped and pulled back. "What? Why? Die! Don't tell me...
don't tell me that we d--"

"Look, Shinya, I'm a fugitive with no future. You're rich and have
things going for you!"

"I don't WANT that future!" Shinya yelled while curling up against
his door. "I've never felt happy until... well..." he hid his face
and silently cried.

Die watched him from the corner of his eye before
sighing. "Shinya... I'd love to have you join me, but I don't think
it's right to rip you away from here and possibly have you regret it
later on in your life!"

"I won't regret..." came Shinya's mumbled reply.

"Shinya..." Die reached out and stroked Shinya's hair. "You may say
that now, but what about next week? Next month? Next year?" He
sighed again. "As much as I l--" Die frowned. "As much as I care
for you, I'm not going to steal your good fortune away from you."

Shinya just continued to cry.

Yoshiki rode in the back of his limo with Kyo. Kyo sat on Yoshiki's
lap with a notepad and pen handy. "So, what type of things would be
nice to say to the media when we get Shinya back?"

Toshiya sat calmly in his seat, occassionally shifting around with a
frown. "Kaoru..." he moaned after a half hour.

"Un?" Kaoru's eyes stayed focued on the road.

Toshiya sighed loudly. "My pants are too tight..." he reached over
and began to massage Kaoru through his uniform between his
legs, "_especially_ right _here_." Kaoru groaned and batted
Toshiya's hand away with a "not here" look. Toshiya grinned and
settled back into his seat. "I'm gonna need some _extra_ help
getting out of these tonight."

Kaoru licked his lips and his eyes gleamed with pleasure and
anxiety. "Soon, Totchi, soon..."

Die sighed as he saw a sight in front of them. "There it is Shinya:
the border."

Shinya grimly nodded, then gasped as he saw the red and blue lights
of police cars. "Die! Look!" He pointed and Die frowned. "We're
blocked!"

Kyo and Yoshiki stood ouside of the limo, firm and official
expressions on their faces. They watched the car that held Shinya
and his kidnapper pull up and the look on the driver's face as he
contemplated the best course of action.

Die stopped teh car and rested his head against the back of his seat
before looking over at Shinya and lightly squeezing his hand. "I'm
gonna give myself up."

Shinya gasped. "Die!"

"It's for the best." Die looked down as he took off his seatbelt and
stood up outside of the car. In slow motion Shinya saw as Die put up
his hands bullets came from all angles with loud sounds, causing
Die's body to jerk everywhich way as blood splattered from him.

Shinya's eyes went wide as he screamed, "DIE!!! NOOOOOO!!!"
