Thank You

Very seldom in life do we take the time to look back.
See where we have been and what we have become.
Maybe we should all do this in order to truly appreciate who we are and what we have.
In the hussle and bussel world we live in we forget very important things,
like who we are and what we mean to others around and dear to us. I would like to take this time to do what we tell ourselves and others never to do,
and that is to look back. doing this I see a lot of ups and downs some losses and a lot of rewards. I had a great family life with a lot of family together time.
I was very close to may family and still am,
and for this I am thankful. There are others of us who can not say the same and who are very much alone. I also have a failed marriage not something that I am proud of, but yet can not say that it was truely a failure for out of this I have two very wonderful daughters.
Getting out of the marriage was the biggest step foward I have ever taken in my life. I now have a career and am in school to further my career.
I also met my knight in shining armour, Ed.
He has taught me that anything is possible if I put my mind and heart into it.
He has also given the girls and I a family life that I have always dreamed of having. For this we are most thankful. Friends, or what we call friends have come and gone in my life.
Over the years I have learned one thing. A true friend is the one left standing with open arms and a big smile when all the dust and smoke clears.
I have found a group who call themselves the Rogue Warriors. They are the biggest group of friends I have ever had.
They are there to hear you vent, and to give a cyber hug when you need it the most.
You can always count on them to give their two cents worth when you have a problem that you need fixed. They are the biggest group of caring people I know. For all that they offer I say Thank you. After looking back I must say thank you,
to my family for always being there and letting me make my mistakes to learn by.
I have also learned that winning isn't everything and loosing isn't always a defeat.
Never take your happiness for granted for it can change overnight. Last but not least to Ed,
I thank god everyday that he gives me with you. You are the best that has ever happened to me and the girls. Thank you for being you. We love you with all that we are.
