Well, first off, thanks for visiting my site. The very fact that you're here is a compliment to me and I really hope we can do business together. I'm basically a pretty accomodating guy, always looking to cut a deal and help you get the Transformers and Transformers parts you want. I just have a few simple guidelines to make all transactions smooth and safe.

I can be reached in many ways! All prices are always negotiable, especially on larger orders. The more you order, the more I'm willing to deal. I don't mind haggling (or checking up on a problem with your order) via the following methods-

I listen to all reasonable offers (but don't think you're getting a sealed Fort Max for a Jumpstarter, unless it's the Jumpstarter + $800 :) ).

How do I pay, and how much is shipping going to cost?

After we've finalized a deal, I will email you an invoice.
[Important] Please print out (or handwrite if necessary) this invoice and include it with your payment. I apologize for the lame formality but it really helps me keep track of things. If you paypal me your payment (see below), please include the invoice # in the subject.
I accept payment in US funds only (sorry, but I live in a very suburban area and my bank sucks :) ) via money order, credit/debit card through paypal.com, or personal check. Please do not send cash-I am not responsible for cash that is lost in the mail. I really prefer paypal or money order since they don't have to clear, and all checks are bound by my check policy.

All payment/trade items must be recieved within 10 days for domestic orders and 2 weeks for international orders of your final invoice otherwise you will lose the right to your items. I am very lucky in that my customers are rabid vultures and I can virtually guarantee that any items you lose the right to will be gone quickly.

Trades (see below) are the same as cash. Unless I have dealt with you before many times, you must send your tradables to me first. Any deal involving cash you must also send first.

So what is that check policy?

Well, it's a very angry check policy, because I've had a couple of people bounce checks on me. Checks take 1-2 weeks to clear, and I prefer money orders to checks, pure and simple. ANY CHECK THAT BOUNCES IS SUBJECT TO A CHARGE OF CHECK AMOUNT + MY BANK'S PROCESSING FEE +$30. I don't want to seem anal or obnoxious, but two people in a row bounced checks on me. SENDING A CHECK CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO THE PRECEEDING POLICY. IF YOU BOUNCE A CHECK I WILL COLLECT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!

Domestic (US) Shipping Info

My default shipping is USPS Priority Mail, but I'll ship however you want me too-express, 1st class, with insurance, FedEx, you name it. Just email me for a rate quote and tell me what kind of shipping you want.
I automatically pay shipping on any order over $100 inside the US or Canada, and I pay half the shipping costs for $100+ orders anywhere else in the world. If you're nice enough to spend that much money with me, I'll get it to you at no extra charge (applies to cash orders only).

Shipping on trades is free as long as postage costs are going to be relatively equal. If there is going to be a disparity in shipping between my package and your package (ie trading accs for a heavy figure such as G1 Scorponok), the deal will balanced in favor of one party or the other to compensate for the imabalance.

International Orders And International Shipping

I'm more than happy to ship anywhere in the world that the US Postal Service will let me go. However, international shipping is expensive. Shipping to Canada starts at $6 and anywhere else starts at $15. As such, I recommend (although I certainly don't require) that any orders to Canada be worth a minimum of US$30 and orders anywhere else outside the US be worth a minimum of US$50. The purpose of this is not to boost my business or gouge you in any way, I just don't want you to spend more in shipping costs than you do in merchandise.

I have no money. Do you trade?

I do! I prefer cash admittedly (this is my full time job), and precedence will be given to cash orders, but I'm always looking for a whole lot of accessories and parts. See my Want List. Send along a list of what you have too-just because I don't need it right now doesn't necessarily mean I won't trade for it.

Do you buy stuff? How can I get you to give me money?

Yes I do! I pay full price in trade or half price in cash (ie a $10 item of yours is either worth $10 in trade credit or $5 in cash to me), since I do need to make a profit and all. I do buy large collections all the time at half of full price. Just get in touch with what you have and I'll tell you how much it's worth to me.

Will you rip me off? What if there's a problem with my order?

I won't rip you off! Just ask the people on my reference list! This page has my regular ref list, and links to my eBay and Yahoo! feedback pages.

If you're not satisfied or there is a problem with your purchase, I will do my best to make it right! Although due to the nature of toy dealing exchanges and refunds have to be dealt with on a case by case basis, in general if there's a serious problem with your order I will refund your money, exchange your item for a better one, or give you store credit as needed. I'm a collector too, and I know what it's like to get merchandise that's not what you expected.

Other Stuff-How I Get My Inventory And How Often I Restock

I get my Transformers from a wide variety of sources-swap meets, trades with friends, toy shows, fellow dealers-and I get at least a little bit of new stuff in very often, usually once or twice a week. Check this page often. Updates typically come once a week, and will follow more quickly now that this is my full time job. As a general rule, any complete or near complete figure that does not sell in 2-3 weeks will be auctioned on eBay or Yahoo! (see links to my auctions below). Most junker bodies and accessories will stay on the page until used or sold.
