Mischa Barton as Rocky

Two teens (Cameron Van Hoy, Mischa Barton) impulsively decide to rob a bank, ala Bonnie & Clyde. Quickly they find themselves in over their heads as they are forced to take a bankful of hostages and the FBI are at the door. Hostages include a heroin addicted Gulf War vet (Adam Farrar), the pesky bank manager (David Alan Graf), a gruff old man (David Metzger), a calm bank employee (James Gordon), and a helpful young woman (Darling Narita). The head FBI man (Burt Reynolds) must sort through the psychology of all the participants to try to keep the events from escalating. Underlying in all of this is the pure adolescence of the two who initiate the trouble.
