[To my sister Wendy Nicholson  and  my nieces and nephews especially Tim Richmond  and James Richmond: Sarah Richmond our direct ancestor   (dau. of William Richmond and Hannah Waller ), mother of our William "Harridance" Richmond, was christened  Burnham 1810,  only married  once to James  Mason  1837  in Shoreditch, St Leonards, London, witnessed by Fanny Richmond  with the same signature that signed the will that left her  inheritance to Sarah and James's Masons  children "neice and nephew" .]
