E. PAYMENT MODES
All Check payments (Phillipine Peso) shall be payable to Asian Pacific Realty & Brokerage Corp.
Monthly Amortizations shall be payable to: Sta. Lucia Realty & Dev. Inc. or the authorized Developer/Landowner.
Bank Transfer/Electronic Transfer acceptable, however prior advice by email or fax must be made to facilitate issuance of the official receipt.
Bank Deposit Slips, Telegraphic transfer or Remittance Forms will serve as proof of payment. An Official receipt will be issued and sent by fax or electronic means/email.
All payments are deemed received upon issuance of the receipt.
