| Someone sent me this song in an email and I liked it so much I wanted to make a webpage out of it. We often forget the importance of the weak and vulnerable. Nothing is more weak than a little child, whatever your religion is, there is something wonderful and transcendent in the message of the angel Gabriel to the virgin Mary: "You are doing the work of God by keeping and bearing and nurturing that child in you. Do not give up. Do not abort. There is a miracle in progress. A miracle called a child." |

The birth could have been in a palace

But to a tiny wood stable

He had to find a way to make us understand
So He sent us the Truth in the form of a man;
If we can become like the children
Full of wonder and empty of hate;
Then we can be more like Jesus
And live in the light of His Grace;
His love is our greatest possession
Forgiving our sin and denial;
And in His infinite mercy
