Shops looking South at the 12 foot wide by 13 foot high insulated commercial door. The door operates with remote controls as well as an exterior keyed control and an interior Up-Down-Stop control. It can be set to various opening heights or opened full open with any of the controls. There is a grate in the floor and a 5 inch drain and siphon for washing vehicles and washing down the floor

Shops looking at the SE area of the main shop towards the wall that runs full length N & S forming a series of rooms along the East side of the main shop. There is a double opening door 5 feet wide in the South end of the wall. There is a new storage deck on top of the East rooms the same size as the walled off area, 17 feet by 60 feet . The wall and the hand-rail with heavy metal grid material on top of the wall were designed to be used as hanging storage for tools and toys. There is a removable section of the upper rail located under a roof beam that makes it handy to hoist heavy objects up to the storage loft

Shops looking East from the main shop area through the 5 foot double doors into the "tool room" and then through a 36 inch door into the attached garage and if you look closely you can see the West entry door to the upper level of the house. This gives the homeowner a multitude of choices where to park, inside or out

Shops controls for air over hydraulic vehicle lift. Lift will operate efficiently with a portable shop compressor. There are also air tool bibs taking compressed air to all corners of the shop

Shops Overhead natural gas forced air furnace will heat a circulate the air in the entire shop. There is a second furnace in the commercial air conditioning system that pipes into the South room of the divided rooms. Either unit will heat the entire shop and the AC unit will keep the entire shop and the East rooms comfortable in the heat of summer
