Janurary 1998

Mark informs the crew of the history of Meg's new place. Virginia and Jade make a deal. Caitlin considers adoption and later makes an offer to a teenager that goes awry. Bette allows Eddie to stay with her after an accident. Tim and Amy arrive at the island. At Meg's house, the crew hallucinates after someone spiked the dinner. Eddie views the tape of Jade and Cole and taunts Cole, who threatens Eddie if he tells anyone. Annie finds out Caitlin's secret and "helps" her out. The masked killer claims another victim on the island. Vanessa makes a grotesque discovery. Mark is accused of being the killer, but it is he who later takes the killers mask off before the killer kills him. The crew finds their belongings in Jade's purse. They also see Mark's camera and view the tape of Elizabeth's death. Virginia saves Vanessa's life and Meg is attacked by the masked man. Alex leaves town, but also leaves a hefty check to help Tyus out with his charitable work. Annie and Caitlin grow closer as Caitlin confides in Annie about the miscarriage and tells everyone Annie will be her bridesmaid. Grogry pleads for another chance to prove his love to Olivia. Mark is the next victim of the killer on the island. Mark's last words are heard only by Tim… putting him in a tough situation. Bette receives an old friend. Ben bandages his injuries and acts as if he knows nothing of the events on the island when he arrives. Ricardo takes statements and Tim is adamant about making sure he knows where Meg is at all times. Annie tries to find out the real reason that Caitlin can't forgive Gregory. Virginia's plot to uncover the truth about Vanessa's mother continues. Tim continues to keep an eye on Ben and believes Ben was the killer on the island. Ben's behavior is rather odd and he makes comments about getting Meg to her friends and getting back at her. He later purchases an abandoned warehouse, saying, "it'll be perfect." Ben also promises Meg a surprise and drives her to it while she's blindfolded. His strange behavior has a twisted side. Virginia gets a job at Cedar Oaks in her pursuit of Vanessa's mother and gets more than she bargained for. The crew from Surf Central holds a memorial for Mark. Annie's plot is strengthened when she listens to the tape of Gregory ordering the "death" of Caitlin's baby.

February 1998

Tim tries to convince Ricardo that Ben is the killer. Cole runs into some problems at his new job, but as Caitlin overhears, things turn out for the better. Annie obtains important items to set her plan into action. Michael and Vanessa share some intimate moments. Joan and Hank talk to Meg and wonder how to break some news to their children. Cole finds some scary images on the morning of his wedding day. Sean witnesses Caitlin's farce. Tim sees Ben in a compromising walk. Cole and Caitlin confess to Father Antonio, Ricardo's brother. Cole and Caitlin's wedding is a success, of course with a few glitches. Virginia gets Kathy out of Cedar Oaks and later snaps a picture of Lena. Vanessa visits her mother. Gregory sends Tim on a task, but Tim gets a violent surprise. Sean tells Annie he knows about Caitlin's non-pregnant status. Annie reluctantly fills Sean in about finding a baby for Caitlin. Meg receives a warning from Madame Carmen. Casey and Gabi find Tim hurt at the construction site and unconscious. Virginia takes photos of Lena and has them developed, only to leave one for the public to view. Virginia's plan continues as she seeks alternative help in her plan. Annie continues to try to get Olivia's baby for Caitlin. Tim tries to warn Meg about Ben, but is unable to speak. Ben tries to shut Tim up for good. Annie delivered Olivia's baby at the cabin, only to mistakenly allow Olivia to hold the child. Cole searched for Caitlin and Annie's delivery to Caitlin was almost discovered by Gregory. Virginia tests the potion on Vanessa's arm, and soon Vanessa starts to worry about having Martin's Syndrome. Father Antonio finds out that Gabi accused Ricardo of rape. Ben seeks medical attention for his headaches. Virginia lies to Michael as to why she needs money.

March 1998

Caitlin's maternity is doubtful, as a nurse catches something amiss. Meg is almost shot during a break in and Ben says it was an accident. Gabi resigns from SBPD, saying she can't get over what she did to Ricardo. Joan arrives in Sunset Beach, much to Ben's chagrin. Virginia sneaks into Vanessa's only to be interrupted by Michael, who makes love to Vanessa while Virginia hides in the closet. Ben sees Tyus about his headaches. Annie encourages Cole and Caitlin to take the Richards' new grandchild over to visit his grandparents. A devastated Olivia runs and hides after seeing Cole and Caitlin with "their" new baby. Vanessa is relieved when she notices her skin disfiguration has cleared up and refrains from telling Michael she may have contracted Martin's Syndrome. Meanwhile, Virginia is outraged the lotion hasn't worked and vows to administer it again. Cole finds himself emotional over the loss of Olivia's baby, knowing it could also have been his. Later, Caitlin overhears Cole tell Antonio that Olivia's baby may have been his. Ben is seized by one of his headaches and comes up behind Meg as if to try and push her over the cliff. Annie continues to worry Olivia will regain her memory and vows to do away with anything that could trigger it. Gabi turns to a psychic for reassurance she's doing the right thing by staying in Sunset Beach but instead comes away with a warning for Meg. Virginia is upset to discover Michael and Vanessa are talking about moving in together. Meg is disturbed to hear Madame Carmen predict she will be the next to die in Sunset Beach and agrees to let her put her in a trance. Joan arrives in Sunset Beach to help Meg plan the wedding. Olivia comes close to recalling the truth about her child's birth. Ben has a discussion with his future mother in law that leaves both Joan and Meg speechless. Gabi and Antonio grow closer as he tries to convince her to stop being hard on herself over accusing Ricardo of rape. Vanessa is confused as the blisters disappear as suddenly as they appeared. Ms. Moreau warns Virginia not to cross her and that she should have followed instructions as to Vanessa's potion. Ben surprises Meg and she almost falls off the cliff. Vanessa seeks Tyus's knowledge as to what effect stress has on the skin. Ben suggests to Meg that they elope and marry in Venice. Meg undergoes a trance to relive Mark's last moments under Madame Carmen's guidance. Michael follows Vanessa to Cedar Oaks and asks who it is she wants to see so desperately. She covers by saying she's researching a story. Madame Carmen's shop is torn apart, and she later warns Meg to stay away from Ben. Ben is kidnapped by his brother Derek and held captive in the warehouse Derek had turned into a shrine to Ben and Meg. Hank, Meg's father, arrives to see his daughter before she departs to Venice. The Richards find proof that Olivia signed off on her son's cremation. Ben tries to reach Meg from his cellphone only to have Derek intercept the call. Meg gets sad news about her parents financial affairs. Sean confronts Annie about the coincidence between Olivia's loss and Caitlin's gain. Olivia attempts suicide. Gregory and Annie come close to going too far. Cole saves Olivia from her mistake. Sean continues to doubt Annie's story and issues her an ultimatum. Meanwhile Annie overhears a conversation between Cole and father Antonio. Vanessa worries further about having Martin's syndrome. Virginia gets a warning from Mrs. Moreau that the potion will not stand medical tests. Virginia gets fired from Cedar Oaks. Casey finds some interesting information that leads him to the warehouse. Gabi confides in Antonio about her father raping her. Derek continues to do everything he can to get the password from Ben.

April 1998

Eddie threatens Derek that he'll tell Meg the truth, while a visit from Eddie raised Meg's suspicions about Derek. Annie's search for a woman to play the birth mother proved difficult. Vanessa hopes to make love to Michael one last time. Ms. Moreau tells Virginia that the potion won't stand up in Vanessa's test, so Virginia plotted to sabotage Vanessa's skin test for Martin's Syndrome. Gregory schemes while Cole and Caitlin look for an apartment. Caitlin discovers that Cole wasn't home all night. Derek continues to force Meg to get the password and then rages at Meg when she confronts him about his strange behavior. Ricardo asks Gabi out on a date. Cole is being stalked by a mysterious man. Caitlin starts to wonder about Cole. Casey and Meg break down the door to the warehouse. Annie's plan goes into high gear when Sean finally meets Trey's birth mother. Meg's questions about Ben/Derek's involvement with Eddie land her in hot water with Derek. Virginia finds herself explaining to Michael about the petri dish. Michael hears Vanessa scrambling to keep an appointment with Tyus. Caitlin fears for Cole's safety. Annie worries that Gregory is having an affair with one of his interns. Derek raids the payroll at The Deep. Gregory insists that Annie and Caitlin tell him the truth about "Trey". Cole fights with his stalker. Meg's news enrages Derek. Gregory claims innocence when Cole confronts him about being mugged. Gabi and Ricardo go on their first date. Derek reveals his new plan to Ben. Somebody finds Ben in the warehouse. Vanessa awaits her test results while Virginia hides in Tyus's office so that she can hear Vanessa's reaction and the results. Meg gives who she thinks is Ben an ultimatum. Ben's relief at being rescued turns to dismay when Eddie elects to leave him in manacles to serve his own devious purpose. Michael plans for a future with Vanessa while Vanessa sadly decides that she must leave Michael. Gregory flirts with Annie. Tyus sees something strange on Ben's x-ray. Ms. Moreau gives Virginia a warning. Eddie informs Derek that he knows his true identity. Annie plots a set up using Sean as the messenger. Tim comes out of his coma. Bette thinks Cole's crazy, Sean thinks Caitlin's crazy and someone hears something they shouldn't. Vanessa tested positive, but later signs of healing had a negative effect on Virginia. Virginia runs into a snag running an errand for Ms. Moreau. Sean's wrong information could blow it for Cole and Caitlin. Vanessa is pulled towards seeing her mother despite Tyus' warning and ends up coming face to face with Nurse Selita Jones. Cole breaks into Gregory's study and Dr. Merk comes in with the test results on Cole. Vanessa and Lena share an emotional reunion. While digging through his mother's purse, Jimmy finds the deadly bottle of potion Virginia has gotten Vanessa. Bette receives a mysterious envelope from Eddie and is sorely tempted to take a peek. Gabi returns to accept another date offer from Ricardo and overhears Carmen trashing her. Meg's sister Sara arrived in Sunset Beach with a secret. Bette wows the crowd with her singing at The Deep, while Annie plotted to get information from Bette. Ben manages to pry off his shackles at last. Olivia calls Caitlin but hangs up when Gregory grabs the phone away from their daughter. After Annie slips the truth serum into her aunt's tea, Bette secretly switches cups with her niece. Derek schemed to seduce Meg. Virginia decides to spray Vanessa's party dress with the potion. Tim picks up a pen and slowly scribbles out a note naming his attacker.

May 1998

Derek arranges to meet Eddie for their final business transaction. While Eddie salivates at the prospect of a large pay-off, Derek secretly planned to murder his blackmailer. Casey goes to see Tim, but does not see the note. Michael prepared to propose to Vanessa, who was again victimized by Virginia. The political sex scandal swirled around Sara. Cole searches the file room at SBPD for information on Gregory. Carmen fears that Gabi will cause trouble for Ricardo again, but Gabi assures her she has no intention of getting involved. Olivia is shocked to learn the stranger knows her by name. Bette rails at Annie for trying to drug her with the truth serum. Later Bette catches her trying to splice a phony tape. Vanessa goes and buys a ticket. At the warehouse, Ben frantically tries to attract Meg and Sara's attention. A suicidal Olivia encountered Cole's father A.J. Deschanel(Gordon Thompson) as he stopped her from jumping over the deck of the cruise ship. Outraged by Annie's deceit, Bette informs her weeping niece that she'll have nothing more to do with her. Later, Gregory comforted Annie after Bette blew up at her down by the pier. Michael finds Vanessa's goodbye note and heads to the airport with Virginia in tow. Tyus finds Vanessa at the airport and talks her into coming back and staying with him. Derek and Meg begin to make love while Ben listens from the warehouse. Afterwards, Meg feels strange. Sara finds the picture of Ben and his twin brother Derek. After learning that he has a son, A.J. and Olivia head back to Sunset Beach. Annie and Gregory share a kiss under the pier. A.J. finds Cole on the beach and tells him he's his father. Bette is horrified to find Eddie lying dead on the floor of his darkroom. A.J. expected an emotional reunion with Cole, who met him with anger. While Olivia returned home to find Annie and Gregory in bed. After discovering Eddie's body, Bette calls the paramedics to come save Eddie's life. Angered by Derek and Meg making love, Ben burst out of his restraints and lunges at Derek as they have a climatic face-off. As Vanessa and Tyus go back to her apartment to retrieve her mothers diary, Michael and Virginia enter to discover Tyus. The Torres Family meet to lament the anniversary of Maria's death. Meg continues to be plagued by doubts about her future husband. Casey convinces Sara to make a statement to the press. Annie, Sean and Gregory watch Olivia open the Music Box that Sean bought to her. Annie is pleased when the Music Box does not trigger Olivia's memory. As Meg rushes to the hospital to find Ben in serious condition, his heart monitor suddenly flatlines. Derek buys drugs with the intent to kill Ben. As Ben awakens in the ICU, Derek (disguised as a doctor) plotted his ultimate demise. Michael's search for Vanessa, led him to Lena. Olivia remembered Annie was at the cabin when she gave birth, but Annie sought to blackmail Olivia's hypnotist who later told Olivia she wouldn't remember a thing. Sara's friend Melinda Fall comes to Sunset Beach only Sara doesn't know she has an agenda. Casey offers to help Joan and Hank find a permanent home in Sunset Beach. Meg learns from Ricardo that the warehouse burnt down. Sean signs up for the lifeguard training. Gregory faces off with an old rival when A.J. come to the house. Cole walks in on A.J. warning Gregory not to make trouble for Cole. Later, Cole informs A.J. of the events that happened when he left Sunset Beach.

June 1998

Derek poisons Ben and makes a dramatic switch at the hospital. Then he takes Ben's place in the ICU and Ben ended up in a funeral home, Alive. Virginia is elated when she discovers Michael exchanging Vanessa's engagement ring for cash and lets it slip to Michael that she's seen Vanessa. As she moves into Tyus's dads apartment in South Central, Vanessa discovers that her new neighbor is none other than a certain Ms. Moreau. Gregory tries to bribe A.J. to leave town, but A.J. informs Gregory that he owns the beach Gregory plans to build his resort on. Melinda tries to get Sara to admit her affair with the congressman on tape, but is interrupted by Casey. Casey becomes suspicious about Melinda's supposed devotion to Sara. Annie tries to worm an invite to stay in the spare bedroom at Gregory's house. Olivia finally holds Trey for the first time, much to Annie's dismay. Thrilled to think that her favorite romance novels have suddenly come to life, Diane promises Ben she's going to nurse him back to health. Derek finds himself in a tight spot when an intern notices that the injuries listed on his chart do not match the injuries on his body. Later, Tyus insist on examining Ben/Derek before he leaves, but Derek escapes Tyus's cross-examination and leaves with Meg. To elude a medical exam from Tyus, Derek insist to Meg that they immediately leave for their vacation up to the cabin. Later he drops by the funeral home to confirm Ben's death. Olivia and Annie have it out and A.J. orders Annie to back off and suggests that she take the same message back to Gregory. Fearful that Mrs. Moreau will tip off Virginia, Vanessa tries to avoid another confrontation with her new neighbor. In the meantime, Virginia is dismayed to learn that Michael fully intends to keep searching for his lost love. Gregory plants doubt about AJ in Cole's mind. Diane makes sure "Steele" (Ben) doesn't leave her again, while Ben sends his captor Diane into a tail spin. The race for the lifeguard trainee position gets dirty. Antonio has reason to celebrate. Sara and Casey reach a momentary truce. Olivia decides to break some news to Cole before she makes a confession to his father. Meanwhile, Gregory triumphantly informs A.J. that Olivia was Del's accomplice in the kidnapping of his infant son more than twenty years ago. Meg puts Derek to a test. Ben finds himself ready for a wedding. Olivia surprises Gregory with divorce papers. Cole speaks his mind. Ricardo's delighted to find himself alone with Gabi. Sean realizes Emily would have gotten the lifeguard position if it weren't for him. Meg freaks when she thinks she might be alone with the island killer. The drugs wear off and Ben tries to escape. Melinda Fall finally gets Sara's confession on tape. Ben helps Diane at the expense of himself. Tyus threatens Mrs. Moreau to leave Vanessa alone. Caitlin wants Annie out her family's life. Meg makes an agonizing discovery. Virgina finds out Vanessa is still in town and concludes that Vanessa must die. A distraught Sara takes a dangerous swim. Virginia talks to Vanessa about her future. Sean makes a decision that surprises Emily. Derek stops Meg before she can make a getaway in his car. Meg attempts to kill Derek, but gets cold feet. Later, he begins to figure out that Meg is onto him. Meanwhile, Ben convinces crazy Diane not to stab him through the heart. When her back is turned, he knocks her out and calls the police. The hospital informs Ricardo that Tim wants to speak to him. After Casey saves Sarah from a riptide, she admits that she's been lying about the congressman. Virginia discovers where Vanessa is hiding and decides to drop by. Michael confronts Tyus after learning he had Vanessa's things moved from her apartment. Gabi sees Antonio in an embrace with a pretty woman. Annie and Caitlin get into a catfight. Afterwards, she tells Gregory she doesn't want to be his mistress, she wants marriage. Gregory agrees to a September wedding. Olivia begins to get her memory back. Meg tries to escape from Derek. Finally Ben comes to her rescue and Ben battles with Derek while Meg gets caught in the middle. Ricardo and Casey run into trouble on their way up to the cabin. Olivia begins to have more memories of her baby and Annie works at a fevered pace to make it to the altar. Tim meets a mystery woman at Cedar Oaks. Tyus and Vanessa take an experimental drug. Posing as Vanessa's cousin, Michael quizzes Lena's doctor about her illness. Annie's pressured to fulfill Gregory's request before they marry. Antonio and Gabi are thrown in Jail. Virginia catches Tyus and Vanessa in a compromising position and tries to use it to her advantage. Ben offers to trade his life for Meg's. Locked in mortal combat, Derek and Ben tumble down a ravine.

July 1998

Ben and Derek go over the side of a cliff as they fight to the death. Cole tells Caitlin that he helped Ben escape from prison. AJ goes to the cabin with Olivia. Sean wants to know why Emily disappeared. Bette tells Sean that Gregory and Annie got married. Vanessa and Tyus awake from their blackout confused, but Virginia's very clear. Cole wants to know what's going on with Caitlin and Annie. Ricardo goes to battle for Antonio and Gabi who are at risk of a jail sentence. Sara almost tells her family about her affair with the congressman until Melinda arrives. Annie acquires a new potentially useful tidbit of information. Ben confesses to Ricardo that he's not sure he did enough to save Maria. Meg meets the mystery woman who's been hanging around Tim's room. Olivia's memory is jogged when she holds Trey at the christening, and remembers that Annie took the baby. At Trey's baptism a remark triggers Olivia's memory. She and Annie argue and Olivia hauls off and hits her. Annie takes her to her baby-- and points to Trey. Sara admits to the affair with Congressman Blythe. Vanessa and Tyus wake to find themselves practically undressed. Vanessa and Michael just miss seeing each other at Cedar Oaks. Ben and Meg feel the earth move after making love. At the Richards' house, Annie hesitates to help Olivia and then the chandelier falls and knocks Annie unconscious. Ben helps Tim and then goes off to find Meg. Vanessa and Virginia search for Jimmy in the rubble. Trey is trapped in his crib upstairs. Cole meets old friends on the Neptune. Melinda has plans for Casey and Sara. AJ and Gregory are caught in the resort ruins when a mystery man helps them. They rush back to the Richards' house. Michael takes the drug, against Tyus' warnings. Leaving Annie behind, Gregory and Olivia rush Trey to the hospital and are in a car accident along the way. Gregory pleads with Olivia to be all right. When she comes around they discover that Trey isn't breathing. She later tells the doctor she is Trey's mother. Seismologists are concerned about the tidal wave heading towards SB. As the cruise continues, Philip plots Cole's death. Melinda invites Casey and Sara to her stateroom for drug-laced drinks. Cole finds himself on the wrong side of a gun. Emily and Bette finally come face to face. An unconscious Casey and Sara are photographed as the tsunami hits.

August 1998

The ship capsized and the captain is dead. Ricardo urges everyone to climb up to the bottom of the ship. A small group starts their climb as another explosion rocks the ship. Melinda later catches up with the group. Gabi finds a steel rod and Ricardo uses it to cut off the steam so they can go up the shaft to the next level. Trey must have blood from his biological mother to stop the internal bleeding. Melinda leaves the group when the camera man falls to his death. She comes across Casey and Sara and begs them to help her. They agree. Gregory finds out about the tidal wave and the shark infested waters. He and AJ hire a helicopter to find survivors. Melinda is attacked by a shark. Ben arrives back with the machine needed to save Meg's father and just misses "Dana" On the climb up, a bracket breaks and Cole grabs a hot pipe. Antonio lowers a belt to him, but he slip and falls into the water and disappears. Gabi saves Ricardo and then they find a blowtorch to cut through the hull of the ship. Caitlin tells AJ that Cole is dead. They spot Cole body in the water and AJ jumps into the water to get him. CPR is used and he is OK. Olivia will do anything to save Trey, not caring if the truth does come out. Caitlin learns that Trey must have blood only from his mother and Annie assures her that his mother is on her way. Caitlin confesses to Olivia that she is not really Trey's mother. Casey and Sara find a hut on a deserted island. They share a kiss. Cole finds Olivia in the room where Caitlin is supposed to be giving blood for Trey. Ben and Meg arrive by helicopter to rescue Casey and Sara from the island. When Ben, Meg, Casey, and Sara return to Sunset Beach, reporters swarm Ben's doorway with intimate photos of Casey and Sara. Maria consults with Doctor Estrada about her feelings of belonging at Ben's house and her ability to speak Spanish. She later draws a picture of Ben. Tim discovers that Dana is really Maria when he finds a picture of Maria and Annie. Michael collapses and becomes unconscious from Martin's Syndrome. Tyus works to find the cure because all of his research was destroyed in the earthquake. Virginia feels guilty and almost admits that the whole thing is her fault. Olivia gives blood and saves Trey's life. Olivia discovers that Annie married Gregory only to retain her Liberty Corporation stock. While Francesca lies in her hospital bed, Antonio, Caitlin, Gregory and Cole question her intentions. Ricardo and Gabi go out on a date and Ricardo forgives Gabi of her past mistakes. Antonio has a recurring, erotic dream of a faceless woman. He invites Francesca to stay at the mission and she accepts. Antoino tells Gabi of his experience in Rosario, Mexico, where he unknowingly helped Francesca steal the people's most valued possession. Cole announces his plans to leave town with Caitlin and Trey. Annie learns that, as part of the prenuptial agreement, Gregory has control over her Liberty Corporation stock. She stages a suicide attempt to force Gregory to destroy the agreement. Tyus successfully replicates his Martin's Syndrome cure and administers it to the dying Michael. Michael proposes to Vanessa and she accepts. Meg and Ben decide to set a date for their wedding. Ricardo is disturbed by the fact that Ben will marry Meg in the same church where he married Maria. Tim continues to conceal his knowledge that Dana and Maria are the same person. Francesca blackmails Cole into staying in Sunset Beach while Caitlin takes Trey to visit Elaine in San Diego. Cole and Francesca go to a party Bernie Neilson's house to steal emeralds from his safe. Olivia and A.J. also attend this party and Olivia finds Cole breaking into the safe. Emily discovers that Sean plays rap music and wants him to perform in public. Sean opposes this idea and makes Emily swear that she will keep his rapping a secret. Tyus tells Michael that Martin's Syndrome has made him infertile. Before injecting himself with the disease, Tyus had stored some of his own sperm at a clinic. Virginia overhears this information and wants to use Michael's infertility to break up Vanessa and Michael. Melinda returns from the dead with only one leg, accusing Sara of attempted murder. She says that she will drop the charges if Sara agrees to write a book with her. Sara refuses. Ben and Meg start making wedding plans and Gabi gets closer to Ricardo.

September 1998

Cole goes to Bette's house to obtain the stolen emeralds. A reluctant Olivia hands the jewels over to Cole after accusing him of having an affair with Francesca. Meanwhile, Francesca steals a photo of a Rosario statue from Antonio's room. Antonio continues to be disturbed by erotic dreams of a faceless woman. Annie learns that Maria, her best friend, is actually alive and is a patient at Cedar Oaks. Tim convinces Annie to keep quiet about her discovery by bribing her with her his shares of the Liberty Corporation. Annie visits Maria in her hospital room and they bond like old friends. Congressman Blythe comes to Sunset Beach wanting to continue his affair with Sara. She refuses and develops a plan to make Melinda drop the attempted murder charges against her. Meg becomes angry when she sees Maria's self portrait displayed at Ben's house. Ben informs her of his plans to give the painting to Maria's mother. Vanessa and Michael decide to stay together, despite Michael's infertility. Virginia plans a way to steal Tyus's sperm from the clinic. Francesca accuses Cole of having slept with Olivia. He denies it and tells Francesca to leave Sunset Beach. She says that she will leave only after Cole helps her with one more robbery. Olivia meets Annie in a power plant to demonstrate that she has all the power. Olivia demands that Annie help her with her plan to remove Cole from Caitlin's life so that she can raise Trey with Caitlin. Sean is infuriated with Emily when he learns that she told Bette about his rap music. Sara and Casey stage a fight to make Melinda think that they have broken up. Sara wants to earn Melinda's trust so that she can make a tape recording of Melinda's confessions. Meg invites Dana (Maria) to her bridal shower and Tim tries to convince her not to attend. Her plan fails when the drug-induced Gregory finds himself trapped in an elevator with Olivia. Gregory is overcome with his passion for her, but she refuses. A.J. also falls victim to Annie's scheme when he takes a sip from Gregory's glass. Caitlin begins to feel threatened by Francesca's relationship with Cole. Antonio kicks Francesca out of the mission when he finds her fighting with Caitlin while Cole is hiding in the closet. Tim gives Dana/Maria a white dress to wear to Meg's wedding.It looks exactly like the dress that she was wearing in her self portrait. When she tries it on and looks into the mirror, she hears voices and runs out of the hospital. Tim and Annie search everywhere for her. Ben discovers a sketch of himself among the wedding presents and blames Annie for placing it there as a reminder of Maria. Carmen plans to stop Ben and Meg's wedding by bringing a gun with her. Father Antoino discovers that thewoman in his erotic dreams is Gabi, his brother's girlfriend. The guilty priest reacts by avoiding both of them. Virginia, having obtained Tyus' sperm from the clinic, plans to impregnate Vanessa by using a Turkey Baster.

At Ben and Meg's wedding, Carmen pulls out a gun. She warns Meg that if she marries Ben, three lives will be ruined. Ricardo takes his mother home and the ceremony continues. At the wedding reception, Meg tosses her bouquet and Maria catches it. Ben is shocked when he learns that his dead wife is still alive. Meg is confused, but finally realizes that her friend Dana is really Maria. Virginia, a caterer at the wedding, drugs Vanessa's glass of champagne. When Vanessa passes out, Virginia impregnates her with a turkey baster containing Tyus' sperm. Cole and Francesca continue to hunt down the jewels that originally belonged to the people of Rosario. A.J. gives Olivia a necklace containing the rubies that Cole and Francesca seek. Amy and Brad write an e-mail to Emily from Sean's e-mail address saying that Sean wants to break up with her. Sean performs at the opening for Shockwave. Annie shows off her ruby necklace. Olivia forces Annie to announce that she will donate it to charity. Carmen tries to use her powers to help Maria. Maria feels pressured by the Torres. Annie and Caitlin argue over Cole's past. Annie admires herself in the mirror but the necklace turns into a snake around her neck. An aged Bernie demands the return of the necklace from Gregory and then from Annie. Cole opens the safe to find that the necklace is gone.
