Western civilization did not discover any of the World's major Religions.  The people of the African-Asian continents were first (Egypt, Israel, India).  It is true that after Christianity was adopted by the Roman Empire it became the world's largest Religion, however the Roman's didn't discover it.
     There are several obvious reasons for this.  First, the Eastern civilizations are older than the West.  Secondly, the eastern civilizations have much, much larger populations and a far greater level of poverty and the human struggle that goes along with it.
     History shows that Religion is the first defense for a large society that is struggling with the problems of large population, poverty, and particularly inadequate and unstable forms of non-representative government.  In impoverished societies, Religion replaces the ballot box.  Even in advanced societies, when governments fall and all else fails, Religion is the last line of defense for the masses.
     The six groups I have mentioned (African, Hispanic, Moslem, Jewish, Buddhist and Hindu) have a heritage which leads back to these civilizations.  With this heritage you are more aware of the importance of Religion as a social force in history, and of its origins in human suffering and struggle.
     2,000 years ago a discovery was made in Jerusalem which eventually got the attention of the Roman Empire, the discovery of Christianity.  It was the religious power of the then billions of people in the "Third World" which forced the Romans to recognize this new power.
     History is about to repeat itself.  An event has just occurred in the United States which is about to get the attention of the world's most powerful governments, and the entire human population.  As the result of 300 years of modern science, a scientific proof of God has been discovered by an American physicist.
     It took 300 years for the Roman Empire to recognize Christianity (Edict of Milan 313 AD) when Constantine declared Christianity the official religion of the Roman Empire.  Our American physicist, George Hammond, discovered the scientific proof of God in 1997.  It is now 6 years later, and next to nobody knows about it.  We don't have 300 years this time, not even 30 years, the world needs this discovery now!  I have published this discovery on the Internet.  It will also appear in a peer reviewed physics journal (Noetic Journal) next month.  But these are all publications aimed at the elite scientific community, a community which is not known for its credulity when it comes to God or religion.  Some even point out that the scientific establishment does not believe in God.
     It is the same old problem, the elite don't realize the importance of God and Religion to world survival.  Only the billions and billions of suffering and struggling people truly recognize the crucial importance of it.
     As a person who has a heritage of knowledge in this urgency, I implore you to mention this discovery, and my website, to any and all interested parties, particularly religious groups, minority groups, and public officials.
     The world is facing a wave of austerity due to the oil crisis.  It has already erupted into a conflict between Islam and Christianity and military action.  Population pressure, a declining global economy and ecological problems all pose ominous threats to the world's poorer populations.  Our world leaders are struggling to maintain balance and peace amidst these seemingly overwhelming realities, but like Constantine they need all the help they can get.  The world truly needs a miracle... and the discovery of a scientific proof of God could well be it, a miracle that will provide a giant step forward in human cooperation, world unity, and stability as we face these awesome problems.
     Please inform any religious groups, minority groups, public officials, teachers, clergymen, writers, reporters, philanthropists, political groups, retired people, students and friends about the discovery of a scientific proof of God, and about this website.
